SRP’s Duct Test and Repair Rebate Program will pay 75% of the associated costs to test and seal your duct system up to $250 per system. The total cost through EcoSeal is $335 per system. On October 3, 2016 SRP improved their program by allowing the rebate to be paid directly to the contractor, this allows EcoSeal to provide this program to you as an instant rebate, leaving just a small balance of $85.
The $85 balance is then paid in full with three referrals from you at the completion of your appointment.
Referrals can be names/phone numbers, writing a review on yelp, posting on your neighborhood group page, share our facebook page, and sharing our instagram. All links are at the bottome of the page.
This allows the service to be no out of pocket cost to you.
“In a typical home, about 20% of the air that moves through the duct system is lost because of improper installation.” SRP
Ecoseal to spend 2 to 3 hours in your home per system to seal the leaks in your HVAC delivery system (duct system), thereby making your system more efficient, reduce your home’s carbon footprint and contribute to the battle against global warming.
We will work inside your home to test your ducting system by using equipment that is specifically designed to measure duct system leakage hense the name, Duct Blaster. A computer measures how much heated/air conditioned air is being lost through bad or faulty vent connections, failed or corroded connections, and gaps or cracks in the sheet metal/flex ducts.
We then seal your entire duct system, helping you to reduce the wasted air, reduce allergens and reduce your monthly energy bill.
We can usually save you 15% on your monthly energy bill. If you are spending $150 per month on heating and air conditioning, 15% is $22.50 per month.
Homes can have up to four individual air conditioning units, each unit qualifies for a separate rebate.
“Leaky ducts can cost you $200 or more a year.” SRP
****Manufactured Homes/Park Models/Condos up to 4 units under one roof qualify for a rebate of $200 from SRP and require a $50 copay to cover material and employee costs only.
